GB Merchandise is not a catalogue supplier. The work agencies bring to GB is the work most suppliers won't touch: bespoke products, complex briefs, last-minute requests, end-to-end fulfilment to multiple addresses. That is the core of the business and where the team operates best.
The business deliberately works with a limited number of agencies. That is what makes it possible to pick up the phone to a factory at 3pm and get something out the next morning. A supplier running hundreds of accounts cannot do that. GB Merchandise can, and does, regularly.
